Game Result Reporting Form

Home teams are responsible for reporting game results.
Results include wins, losses, ties, rainouts, and re-scheduling.

Home teams will be assessed a late reporting fine of $5 for any result not reported within 72 hours.

Please fill out this form completely and hit "Report Game" to report your game results to the NSFPL.

There are over 800 games to keep track of each year, so all teams must do their part to help.

In case of a forfeit, the League will assess a $50 forfeit fee, deducted from the team refund.

Rain-out Procedure

• Both coaches are expected to make diligent, prompt efforts to reschedule.
• Games for the 2012 season must be played no later than Friday, July 27, 2012, and must be reported by August 1, 2012.
• A forfeit will be recorded if a team cannot field a team on the scheduled game date or does not make reasonable efforts to reschedule a rain-out (e.g., won't return phone calls)
• A no-contest is declared when a rain-out or other cancellation cannot be rescheduled, despite best efforts by both coaches.
• Teams are not required to reschedule simply for the convenience of other teams, although it is sportsmanlike to make reasonable efforts for such requests.
