REGISTRATION FOR 2008 IS NOW OPEN

Please print this page. Please complete and return one form for each team to be entered in the league for 2008. The deadline for receipt of registration is December 31, 2007. The fee is $100 per team for returning organizations ($250 for new organizations).The NSFPL retains $35 of this amount to fund the costs of league record-keeping, postage, copying and running this web site. The remaining balance of $65 ($215 for new teams) will be refunded, after the season, less any forfeit fees or late reporting fines. Please mail form and fee to:
